Amazon looks like they will be raising the cost of business at the beginning of the year. I expect that spoils allowances will increase to 2%. In addition Amazon is looking to recoup some of their freight costs by asking for a freight allowance of as much as 3% bill back. They will also attempt to enhance their terms by asking for 2% 15 days, net 45 days. More to follow.
