Routing all contacts through “contact us” will help us better manage your inquiries and ensure that each contact is being addressed to your satisfaction. Contacts will be reviewed twice per day and will be directly re-routed to the appropriate contact person based on the subject and sub-issue you select for your inquiry. You can expect to hear from Amazon within 3 business days of your original inquiry. In the event that your contact is not addressed within the agreed upon service level, please email the “contact us” case ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
